	Compliance with Food Act assessment	Assessment for Compliance with the Food Act 2006 (design assessment) for a new food business including fixed and mobile premises - new build or extensive renovations
	Compliance assessment high risk Personal Appearance	Assessment for Compliance with the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act (design assessment) for a new personal appearance services business - new build or extensive renovations
	Temporary food licence	New temporary food business licence. This does not include an annual temporary licence or a mobile vehicle with a food licence issued from another local council within Queensland.
	Food licence	Food business licence application including fixed and mobile premises, home-based businesses, water carriers and annual temporary businesses.
	Personal appearance licence	Personal appearance services licence application
